Have Any Questions?
The construction cost estimate is an essential part of every building project’s planning process, providing the client or owner with an estimate of the likely cost based on the scope of work and market conditions.
Takeoffs are available in PDF and Excel formats and contain a list of costs, quantities, materials, and tasks needed for the project. Each item is divided by division and is referenced with the specific drawing.
Please send us your plans, drawings, and takeoffs with your estimate needs for a free quote that includes costs and a turnaround time. Once the proposal has been approved, your work will be scheduled on our schedule.
Currently, we do not have a standard rate sheet. For the sake of continuous business, our fees are/will always be the least, with an average turnaround time of 2 or 3 working days, and we handle all types of development tasks (Residential, Commercial, etc.).
We avoid taking on rush jobs because they affect the quality of our work. The size, complexity, and scope of the project determine our turnaround time, which can vary from 2 to 5 working days.
We are using software like BlueBeam and Plan-swift for the takeoff under highly experienced engineers. And for the pricing, we’re using online paid resources like RS means. We have purchasers with construction projects that are being constructed all over the country. Our Estimating services are available throughout the United States, no matter where you are or what the project is. The rates of each State and City in the US are also updated on our own portal.
Accurate cost estimation is important because it allows developers to know how much money they need to raise, and it also allows them to determine whether a project is feasible.
